  Great coffee shop. Bill (the owner) runs a smooth operation here. He is a super nice guy, and a military veteran...I always prefer to support veteran-owned businesses. His wife Cindy (the other owner) has also done a wonderful job, particularly with the relaxing aesthetics. The coffee and frozen yogurt are yummy, the service is top notch (especially Trevor Johnson and David Silva), and the ambiance is perfect. One of the (really awesome) regular patrons (named "Tally") passed away not too long ago, and they named his usual sitting area "Tally's Office", memorializing it with a plaque on the wall...that is some serious kindness and consideration for their customers!      
  
  Please keep up the great work. If every neighborhood had a coffee shop like this, there would be far fewer problems in the world.

  I ventured on in here on a Sunday afternoon,  excited to enjoy some flavorful fro yo.  Now I know Browns Valley isn't known for the brightest lights in the harbor, but I really just thought that a joke.  Well, all I can say it is not.  The lady working was horribly slow and managed to mess up the simplest orders for others and my self.  Now, the worst part was the people lounging in there.  This family was behaving so poorly I almost thought it was some sort of prank for a You Tube video.  The mother of the family was laying down with her shoes on the seat and head resting on some pillows with her belly hanging out of her shirt (what a lady!).  While her children were using their yogurt as paint on the table.  Now her husband or boyfriend, you could tell, was a real winner.  Oversized basketball jersey, cargo shorts down to his ankles and socks and sandals.  To top it off, he was shamelessly hitting on the girl working behind the counter.  People wonder why small private establishments are going out of business, it is because of animals like these.  I mean what do you expect in Browns Valley.

  The employees are angels from heaven but my 3 stars are based on my interactions with the owner. He seems very inconvenienced by most requests, this is our local coffee shop an we would love to be able to come here more often but myself and most of my friends have quit coming here because of him.

  Bill is great very friendly and nice. Came in twice in one day for a group and I love the small non chain feel. He had all I needed drink wise and was great! Thanks Bill!
